Alumnus of Kent University (BA in Linguistics and Literature) and Birmingham University (MA in Linguistics). In 2003, I received the Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages from the University of Cambridge.

I’ve been an English teacher since 1996, starting out at a private school and soon after I became an online tutor.

My goal during lessons is to guide and encourage my students to find the right solution on their own. I try to find common interests with my students and adapt lessons as need be, so that students enjoy learning. I love the opera and reading books. I enjoy travelling with my family and I’m currently brushing up on my French!
