My first experience with ESL was in 2006, when I was working as a primary school teacher. In 2014, I started teaching English online.
Teaching is my chance to learn more about my students, their culture, and their interests. Seeing the smiles on their faces or just the gratitude of the students influences me very well. It encourages me to learn more and enjoy learning. I provide various classes in the classroom, additional information, and homework.
I make sure that these additional tasks are relevant to the student, whether in his work, study, or just for personal growth. In class, I also make it very interactive and open. I allow them to express their thoughts and opinions, give their suggestions, and ask questions or get clarifications. I encourage them and make them feel good, despite their mistakes.
